Jeremy Hellickson

Jeremy Hellickson (elbow) has been officially named the Rays' starter for Tuesday's game against the Royals.

It will be the right-hander's 2014 major league debut. Hellickson hasn't looked overly sharp on his minor league rehab assignment and has experienced multiple setbacks in his recovery from elbow surgery, but the 27-year-old might be worth a flier in deep mixed fantasy leagues. He owns a 3.70 career ERA and a 1.24 career WHIP in 576 1/3 major league innings. Erik Bedard is being shifted to the Tampa Bay bullpen.
